TECHNICAL INFORMATION

When properly applied Sure Seal Grout, Tile & Stone Sealer – Slow Drying will protect both interior and exterior types of tile and masonry surfaces, including, but not limited to, porcelain, granite, marble, sandstone, and terra cotta. Sure Seal Grout, Tile & Stone Sealer – Slow Drying is ideal for stone bench tops. Expected wear is up to between 10 to 15 years on horizontal surfaces and lifetime on vertical surfaces depending on the material, use and maintenance of the surface being protected. Extreme weather conditions, harsh cleaning methods and high-alkaline or solvent-based cleaners will affect the life expectancy of this product.

LIQUID DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION

To get the best results, the surface needs to be clean and dry, free from any waxes, coatings, or grout residue. Protect any surfaces you don’t want to seal. Apply one good coat using a lambs-wool applicator, mop, roller, brush, or pump sprayer. Let it dry for at least five hours to really soak in, then apply a second coat. Buff the surface before the second coat dries with a rag or soft pad. For the best possible protection, let the treated surface cure for 24 hours after buffing. You can use these same steps for other polished surfaces like marble or granite.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning is easy! Just use water and a mild detergent or a neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh cleaners like abrasive powders, ammonia, acids, bleach, or scouring pads.
