Duraseal is a Clear Single Pack, Penetrating Concrete Sealer

Sikafloor Duraseal is a one component penetrating, non-yellowing protective sealer for concrete floors.

USES

Sikafloor Duraseal is used as a penetrating dustproof sealer for areas such as:

• Warehouses and storage facilities.
• Car parks and garages.
• Light industrial buildings.
• Exterior pavements.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES

•  Easy to apply with brush, roller and air or airless spray.
• Good resistance to oils, grease and tyremarks.
• Suitable for exterior exposure.
• Good resistance to abrasion.
• Available in clear or grey colour.
• Non-yellowing.

Duraseal’s Coverage/ Usage is

5-10 m2 per Litre approx. for open or textured surfaces.       10-15m2 per Litre for sealed or more closed surfaces.

Coats – 2 to 3 normally and depending on concrete’s porosity, more coats might be required to achieve a glossy finish,  to achieve higher gloss finish, consider using Sikafloor PU.
