MIXING & RECOAT WINDOW The components should be thoroughly mixed using a mechanical mixer at medium speed to avoid air entrapment. Larger quantities should be handled with care. Mix ratio is 1:1 by volume. Pigments and thinners should be added within specified limits. Dry time between coats is 3-6 hours depending on ambient conditions, with recoat possible after proper surface preparation.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE Demonstrates excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals, including gasoline, brake fluid, Skydrol, coolant, and ammonium hydroxide.

SURFACE PREPARATION surface must be clean, dry (<5% moisture content), and free from contaminants. We recommend diamond grinding or shot blasting to achieve the proper substrate profile. Acid or wet etching is not advised.

THICKNESS / COVERAGE Solid colour coating requires primer and 2 pigmented coats. Flake floor finish typically ranges from 300 to 500 microns in total thickness. Coverage approximates 5m² per liter per coat.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE Store Ultrakote Pure Guard Polyaspartic components are stored in sealed containers at 15ºC – 25ºC in a dry area on pallet racks. shelf life of unopened containers is 12 months.
