EpiMax 842- Fast Curing UV Stable Flooring Systems

EpiMax 842 Fast-Curing UV Stable Flooring Systems are part of a family of two-component flooring systems built on Polyaspartic chemistry. They available in clear and coloured versions. These systems provide fast cure times translating into rapid return to service. The high film build reduces the number of coats required to provide the same overall coating thickness. These systems offer low VOC, rapid curing and long lasting durability for the end user. They can be combined with other attractive components (vinyl chips, coloured quartz etc) resulting in highly durable and aesthetically appealing concrete floor finish systems that can be installed in just one day and also allow traffic exposure within hours of completion. EpiMax 842 Clear is a clear seal coat. EpiMax 842 Coloured is the coloured version.

coatings etc and is also alkaline in nature. Prepare as necessary by professional diamond grinding or captive blast cleaning
as applicable to expose firmly held aggregate to CSP 2 Standard. Vacuum all dust and debris. Allow to dry if wet.
Always confirm preparation adequacy.

Mixing

Mix Part A and Part B for 1 minute, then add a 10% Thinner X to extend the work time, mix for another 30 seconds.
Note Excessive mixing will reduce the work time.

of EpiMax 225 at an application rate of 5 – 6m2/litre or EpiMax 237 at an application rate of 8 – 10m2/litre. Allow to harden.

Colour accuracy disclaimer: We have taken care to display the most accurate visuals of our products. However, we are not responsible for the colour accuracy of the device you are viewing our swatches on. These variations arise due to different computer monitors and devices (make, model and technology, as well as resolution, contrast and brightness control settings) in much the same way a scan will differ from an original image and a colour photocopy. Furthermore, coatings can exhibit variation in perceived colour depending on gloss level and application method. If you require a very specific colour match, please make your selection via actual swatches and colour boards available at our showroom.
