• Layer Thickness: 160-200 microns per coat
• Pot Life: 30 minutes at 25°C

  • Re-coatable: 12-24 hours

  • Full cure: 7 days
• Consumption:
  • Roller coating: 0.25 – 0.3 kg/m²
  • Self-smoothing wearing course: 0.9–1.2 kg/m²

Application Instructions

Alka 110 can be applied using a brush or roller, depending on the desired finish.

Cleaning of Equipment

Clean tools with Xylene before the compound hardens. Once cured, mechanical removal is necessary.
