ArmaFloor 400UHS is a high solids, heavy-duty epoxy floor coating designed to protect concrete floors in industries such as food processing, automotive, and warehousing. Offering excellent chemical resistance, durability, and easy cleaning, it is ideal for high-traffic areas.

Not Recommended For:

• External use or areas with high UV exposure
• Concrete less than 28 days old
• Applications at temperatures outside 10°C to 35°C
• Surfaces with moisture content higher than 5%
• Areas where surface temperatures exceed 50°C

Mixing Instructions:

• Mixing ratio: 3 parts Resin (A-side) to 1 part Hardener (B-side) by volume
• Mix thoroughly at medium speed to avoid air entrapment

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from oils and contaminants.
• Recommended surface profile: Diamond grinding or shot blasting with a CSP of 2-4.

Storage and Shelf Life:

• Store in sealed containers between 15°C and 25°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months at 25°C.
