Alka Seal – 20kg Non Yellowing Protective Sealer

Alka Seal is a high-performance, clear, non-yellowing penetrating sealer, specially formulated for protecting concrete floors in a variety of applications. With exceptional durability, it is designed to enhance the longevity of surfaces while maintaining a clean, clear finish.

Alka Seal Application Instructions

• Surface Preparation Clean and remove contaminants from the substrate. Shot blasting, high-pressure water blasting, or scabbling recommended for large areas.
• Consumption Approximately 5-10 m²/liter for open surfaces; 10-15 m²/liter for sealed surfaces. Apply 2-3 coats for optimal protection.
• Application Method Use a brush or roller. Re-coat within 2-4 hours, and avoid ponding.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean tools with water immediately after use.
• Once cured, mechanical removal is required for cleaning.

Important Notes

• Conduct a trial area before full application.
• Avoid exposure to moisture during curing to prevent whitening.
• Apply at temperatures below the recommended range to avoid air bubbles.
