Alka 204 Clear-UV Stable Polyaspartic Floor Topcoat

Application Instructions For Polyaspartic floor coating

• Coating Thickness Apply approximately 25 microns per coat.
• Pot Life 1 hour at 25°C, allowing ample time for application.
• Cure Time Touch dry in 1 hour, re-coating in 6-8 hours, light traffic in 3 days, and full cure in 7 days.
• Consumption Apply 0.1 to 0.15 kg/m² per coat (approx. 5-8 m²/litre). Two coats are recommended for optimal protection.

Cleaning Equipment

Use Xylene to clean tools immediately after use. Once the product cures, mechanical removal is required.

Important Notes
Alka 204 requires a special solvent for thinning. Avoid using standard Xylene solvents.
