The ArmaFloor 500 SV – available in 10L and 40L kits – is a two-component, fast-curing hybrid polyurea (polyaspartic) coating system. Designed for both decorative and durable finishes on floors and other surfaces, it features aliphatic chemistry, making it colorfast and UV stable. Unlike epoxy coatings, it resists UV-induced color shifts. The ArmaFloor 500 SV has a 1:1 mix ratio and sufficient pot life for application with common flooring tools like rollers and brushes.

Mixing & Re-coat Window
- Mixing: Use a mechanical mixer at medium speed to avoid air entrapment. Scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container thoroughly. Mix with care for quantities greater than 4 liters.
- Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume.
- Pigment Ratio: Add 10% by volume of mixed product using only Rhino ArmaFloor pigments.
- Thinning: Up to 10% by volume of mixed product, using only Rhino ArmaFloor Thinners.
- Dry Time: 3-6 hours between coats, depending on ambient conditions.
- Recoat Time: After 6 hours, mechanically abrade the surface (using a polyvac or sanding), wipe with acetone, and re-coat once the acetone has evaporated.
